Refund policy

The return policy of Shredder Warehouse is on a Case-to-Case basis, as per the issue. In case any damage to the product is noticed, please call us at (800) 992-5279 or write us an email at sales@clarybusinessmachines.com

All items are to be inspected upon delivery by the customer, and any freight damages are to be marked as 'damaged' on the Bill of Lading (BOL). All returns are subject to a restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for shipping the product back.

To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must reach us in the same original, undamaged condition in which it was delivered to the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring the product is properly packaged to safeguard against loss or damage during transit. All returned products are physically inspected by our warehouse team upon arrival, and refunds are issued after the product passes the inspection. Any product received in a compromised, modified, or damaged state due to improper packaging or customer handling is not eligible for a refund. The Return window (the amount of time a customer has to return a product) is 30 days.
