Kobra 270 TS S5 is a strip cut shredder that creates strip cut particles of ¼”. This paper shredder is capable of shredding other media like CDs/DVDs, Credit Cards and Floppy Disks using the CD/DVD Cutting unit dedicated to shred optical media. Kobra 270 TS S5 can shred up to 32 sheets per pass at security level P-2. Kobra 270 TS S5 strip cut shredder features an intuitive touch screen panel for easy operation. It features an EPC (Electronic Power Control) system that displays shredding load and assists the operator to optimize the shredding operation. The ‘Energy Smart’ management system places the shredder in standby mode after 8 seconds of inactivity and switches it off after 4 hours of idle time. Kobra 270 TS S5 shredder doesn’t consume any energy in standby mode thereby reducing your overall energy footprint and utilities cost. It includes automatic reverse mechanism, which prevents paper jams. The unit comes with an automatic start/stop function that enables the unit to begin shredding as soon as paper is placed in its feed opening.
