HSM Industrial Model FA-400.2CC Cross-Cut Shredder. The FA-400.2CC has been redesigned from the original FA-400 and incorporates a larger internal shred container that can be split into two sections for easier removal of shredded material.  The shred capacity has been increased in both the strip cut and the particle cut versions.  Many safety features are incorporated by using multiple switches to limit operator access to potentially dangerous areas during the shredding process.  In addition to shredding both individual sheets and continuous forms, the FA-400.2CC will also shred materials such as CD's, floppy disks, credit cards, licenses and chip cards. The FA-400.2CC can be combined with the Model 40VL vertical baler for a very effective shredder/baler combination.  The 40VL vertical baler allows the FA-400.2cc to shred directly into the baler and is contained by either a cardboard box or plastic bags.
